- Director's WelcomeOur residency began with a simple need: to train family physicians who are ready to serve rural communities in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
- Our ClinicAviva Health is an independent, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center.
- Our HospitalMercy Medical Center is a 174-bed regional medical center and the only hospital in Douglas County. It serves more than 107,000 people.
- Salary & BenefitsResidents are employees of Aviva Health. Roseburg is a lower cost of living community, so the salary goes further.
